What Grades do you tutor?
-We tutor Pre-K-College.
What subjects do you offer?
-We tutor all subjects such as English, Math, Science, and History. For foreign languages, we tutor Spanish and French classes. In addition, we offer standardized test prep, college consulting, and personal tutoring. Please review our Services page to find the entire list of subjects we cover.
Where do I meet the tutor?
-Tutors will come to your home or meet you at a local library to tutor your student, as we focus on convenience for you. If needed, the tutor can meet in a public location as well.
How long are sessions?
-Sessions are a minimum of one-hour and can go up to 2 hours. If the tutor stays less than one hour, the session is still counted as a one hour session. Any sessions that last longer than an hour are measured by fifteen minute increments. Usually, our students prefer a one and a half hour session minimum to cover all items needed.
Cancellation Policy?
-If you need to cancel a session, please login and cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. For missed or late cancellations, the regular fee still applies.
How do I get a tutor quickly?
-Please visit our Contact Us page to sign up and we will contact you immediately to set up a time for your child. We can usually deliver a tutor within 24 hours if needed.
What if our tutor is not a good fit for us?
-Although this does not happen often at Ultimate Success Learning, if you feel that your tutor is not a good fit, please contact our office and let us know ASAP within the first fifteen minutes of your session. When we pick a specific tutor for our students, we hand-pick them and make sure they are a good fit.
May I pay the tutor directly?
-Please do not pay the tutor directly as our office processes all payments. In addition, please do not give tips or gifts to our tutors.
